This project focused on improving hygiene and compliance in the kitchen by installing a ceiling enclosure above the sink, following the requirements of the 2024 health inspection. The upgrade ensures a cleaner and safer environment, preventing risks of contamination and improving overall food preparation standards. With this improvement, the kitchen is now fully aligned with health regulations and better prepared for daily operations.
