This project addressed incidents in the kitchen machinery to ensure proper operation and food safety. The cold room was fully replaced to guarantee reliable refrigeration, while the extractor motor was repaired to maintain proper ventilation. With these improvements, the kitchen is now more efficient, secure, and better equipped to handle daily operations.
